Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the live2d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies published on this website. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and live2d as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. live2d reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and will notify users via a notice on the website or by registered email.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority under your local laws (whichever is higher), to register and use live2d's services. Registration by individuals below the minimum age is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in violation of this requirement will be terminated immediately.
Account Registration & Security
Account Creation & Verification
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on live2d. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information, including your full name, mobile number and valid bank details.
Live2d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your account details. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
Password Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. live2d will never ask for your password through any channel, including email or live chat. Any activity carried out using your login credentials will be treated as your own actions.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact live2d customer support immediately. You are encouraged to use a strong password combination and never share your login details with anyone.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Live2d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons, without prior notice in certain cases: fraud or suspicious activity, breach of terms of use, submission of false information during registration, misuse of promotions or bonuses, or by order of a competent authority. If an account is closed due to user misconduct, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the live2d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is personally owned and legally valid. live2d does not accept payments made on behalf of others or through third-party accounts.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to limits set by the platform and may vary depending on the payment method
- Successfully processed deposits cannot be unilaterally reversed by the user
- Live2d is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment service providers
- Transaction proof may be required for verification purposes on certain amounts
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name
- Bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus credits are eligible for withdrawal
- Live2d reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits
- Withdrawal processing times vary by method and may take up to three business days in certain cases
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
Users of the live2d platform agree not to engage in any activity that violates these terms or applicable law. The following behaviours are specifically prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to manipulate games or transactions
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system
- Registering multiple accounts to claim promotional offers or bonuses more than once
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activity
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any communication with live2d
- Attempting to access other users' systems, databases or accounts without authorisation
- Distributing unlawful, offensive or threatening content through any communication channel on the platform
All content on the live2d platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and interface elements — is the property of live2d or our licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify or use any of this content without prior written consent from live2d.
Liability Limits & Disclaimer
The live2d platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. live2d makes no guarantee that the service will be continuously available, error-free, or fully meet any specific user requirements. To the extent permitted by law, live2d is not liable for any indirect, consequential damages or loss of profits arising from the use of this platform.
Live2d is not responsible for the outcomes of any games or bets placed by users. Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and that all decisions made during play are entirely their own responsibility. live2d also disclaims any liability for content accessed through third-party links that may appear on the platform. Such links are provided for convenience only and do not represent live2d's endorsement or approval of that content.
Live2d reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via a notice on the website or by email. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users who do not agree are encouraged to close their accounts before the changes come into effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
